The Marketplace at Tech Center located at 12090 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News is hosting a free Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 20th from 11am-2pm. Many organizations from the community will be there along with pumpkins, a bounce house, face painting, refreshments and more!
