Annual Community Walk and Health and Wellness Expo is a free event focused on educating the community about overall health/wellness and raising awareness about diabetes. A Smithfield Community Walk, presented by The Christmas Store of Smithfield will begin at 9 am and the presentations/demonstrations will run 10 am – 1:30 pm.
Lots of goodies for those in attendance:
– Touch-a-Truck and Kids’ Zone for the little ones
– Key Note speaker and panel discussions by local healthcare experts
– Health screenings, fitness and cooking demonstrations
